A Heartfelt Thank You from 'Support Kharkiv Foundation' - Let's Go Further!

Dear All,

I would like to once again extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has donated recently. Your generosity is making a real and immediate difference to people who need it most.

Thanks to your contributions, we have been able to send £700 to the Joint Actions Food Bank Initiative, providing 20 families with essential food supplies and urgent medical items for the entire month. For families facing ongoing instability and shortages, this support means dignity, security, and the ability to focus on getting through each day without the constant fear of running out of basic necessities.

We have also sent £300 to the Mobile School of Life, helping ensure that children can continue experiencing a sense of normal childhood through games, creative education, theatre and music. These activities are deeply needed, providing emotional stability, routine and hope for the future.

While we are very grateful for what has been achieved so far, the need remains urgent. We are currently seeking additional funding for two specific requirements:

1. Currently, 82 families remain on the waiting list with Joint Actions food bank initiative. A basic food pack costs £35, while a combined food and medication pack can cost up to £72.

2. The purchase of voltage stabilisers for hospitals in Ukraine, arranged with the campaign Standing by Kharkiv. Our goal is £3,300, which will cover the cosy of three stabilisers. These stabilisers are critical in protecting life-saving medical equipment from power disruptions and ensuring hospitals can continue operating safely.

We are also launching a direct debit campaign via a new section of our website as regular giving makes a real difference. It means families are fed, essential medical work continues without disruption, and children can experience the childhood they deserve.
