RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you wish to return any Products other than electronic Products (for which see above), please in the first instance contact us within 48hrs of receiving your non-electronic Products, quoting your invoice number, and reason for return. Please ensure Products are suitably packed and parcelled. We also recommend using a signed-for, insured delivery service for your own peace of mind. You are responsible for return postage charges. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of returned Products in the condition in which they were dispatched to you. If you simply wish to exchange your order, please state your preferred replacement Products with the returned order and we will dispatch them as soon as possible. Please note: an additional delivery charge may be incurred for replacement orders.
If, for any reason you wish to cancel your order of non-electronic Products, please do so within 48hrs of ordering by contacting us, quoting your Invoice number and reason for cancellation.
If you are requesting an autographed CD, it cannot be returned.
